This appointment is for new clients who want to enquire about starting therapy. You and your therapist will get to know each other, talk about what you are currently working through, and address all your questions.


Individual Psychotherapy

One-on-one therapy sessions. Fees range from $60-$180 per session, depending on the therapist.
Sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes but are 50 minutes long.


Relationship Psychotherapy

This appointment is for mental health professionals who want to enquire about starting clinical supervision. You and your supervisor will get to know each other, talk about what you are looking for, and address all your questions.
